Did You Meet The Original Canoe Boys in 1934?

When Alastair Dunnett and Seumas Adam paddled Scotland's west coast in 1934 they allowed young people to try their canoes in sheltered bays and harbours.

Were you one of them?

Local people helped the adventurers in all sorts of ways; mending their boats, providing a place to camp, offering food.

Did one of your older relatives tell you stories of helping the Canoe Boys?

Do you have any stories about this classic Scottish adventure?

If so, we'd very much like to hear from you, because we are conducting preliminary research for a BBC radio documentary.
